nice moments at this hotel
towel warmer coffee maker
i stayed in a premium king room and found it well-equipped. robes were available. a towel warmer added a touch of luxury. the nespresso coffee maker was a definite plus. breakfast offered very good choices and tasty options.

Really good Stay in a Quiet Locale
delicious food friendly staff tasty food enjoyable lunch
the edison restaurant featured delicious food i tried the venison bangers and mash it was wonderful breakfast was included in my room rate the hotel accommodated my gluten-free diet with gluten-free toast. the staff was friendly professional and helpful a late lunch in the bar was enjoyable the food was tasty well presented and arrived quickly. we will certainly return.

the room featured quality furniture the bed was very comfortable it was quiet at night after shopping and family activities the bathroom was spacious and very clean a good sleep was possible

broken remote fluctuating temperature
the tv remote didn't work. i contacted the front desk, but nobody came to fix it! the shower temperature fluctuated wildly from scalding hot to freezing cold. It was really annoying! i expected a smooth, relaxing stay but instead had constant small problems.

splendid Stay
helpful staff printed itinerary room upgrade accessible location
the staff elevated my experience. the front desk provided a helpful printed itinerary and waters for my trip. they even upgraded my room for my honeymoon, a VERY welcome surprise. the location makes many restaurants and pubs readily accessible.
i noticed a slight lack of facilities, like a spa or pool. while it did not greatly affect my stay, it is WORTH noting.

I liked the location. It was a short walk to many attractions. Staff assisted me with directions. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options. I found taxi service was readily available outside.
